Curt Akenson, our Rotary Foundation director, presented a special Paul Harris Fellow award to Carol McFarlane on Aug. 30 during our weekly meeting. Typically, the award goes to people for their financial support of the foundation and its various grants and programs. In this case, Carol was recognized as a fellow for her continued and many years of support of the White Bear Lake club. Thank you, Carol!
